  • A credit is Biteology’s way of measuring meal value. Instead of paying for each meal with dollars, you load credits into your account and spend them on the food you want.

  • Yes—share your one-time pickup QR in the app.

  • Please notify us before 10 a.m. the day of delivery. If there are other time slots open we will do our best to accommodate you

  • You’ll get a reminder + grace period. If you still miss it, we hold at the nearest staffed spot until closing (details vary by campus).

  • Credits will remain in your wallet. We do not operate over summer break.

  • We offer a 100% freshness guarantee. If your meal arrives cold we will provide a full refund and a meal on us.
