Welcome to Biteology (“Biteology,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your safety matters to us. This Food Safety & Allergen Information page explains how our meals are prepared, the presence of allergens in our kitchen, and the responsibilities of customers with food allergies or dietary sensitivities.

By placing an order with Biteology, you acknowledge and accept the information and risks described below.

1. Kitchen Environment

Biteology prepares and packages all meals in a shared commercial kitchen. This kitchen handles common food allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Wheat

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree nuts

  • Sesame

  • Fish

  • Shellfish

Our ingredients, equipment, and work surfaces are used for a variety of dishes and may come into contact with these allergens.

2. Cross-Contact Risk

While we follow food safety best practices and take reasonable care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free of allergens or cross-contact. Due to the shared nature of our kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present in any meal.

Biteology does not operate an allergen-free facility.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers with food allergies, dietary sensitivities, or medical food restrictions are responsible for notifying us at the time of ordering using the designated “Allergies & Special Requests” field.

Failure to disclose allergies may increase the risk of exposure.

4. Our Commitment

When allergies or dietary needs are disclosed, we make a good-faith effort to accommodate those requests. However, we do not guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any product.

Biteology does not assume liability for allergic reactions or adverse responses resulting from food consumption.

5. Acknowledgment of Risk

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with consuming food prepared in a shared kitchen environment and agree that Biteology is not responsible for reactions resulting from allergen exposure.
